Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities: 3–7 business days
- Regional and outlying areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Free shipping is available on orders over R900.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. EverWell is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and assist you with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
